国旗保护那些蔑视和侮辱它的人

美国有个叫约翰逊的，在德克萨斯烧了面国旗，被德克萨斯警察抓了起来。这个案子叫 德克萨斯对约翰逊(Texas v. Johnson)， 最后由美国最高法院判决(1989年) , see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas_v._Johnson。

于是，国会制定了1989国旗保护法案(1989 Flag Protection Act) 。地方法律失效不要紧，我们来制定全国性的。有个叫Eichman的女士很生气，等在国会外面，法案一表决生效，就开始烧国旗。约翰逊呢？迟了一步。呵呵，荣誉大家分享。Eichman女士也被抓了起来，知法犯法，太过分了。案子又到了美国最高法院:
