1. in host os, add new hd: ms loopback network card
(ref article "howto add hardware in xp")
set this card's address: 192.168.0.2/255...

also assure： 本地连接 - 属性 勾上 "virtual machine network services"

BUT: I reinstalled system and assure there is no "loopback" networdcard in "device manager", but still I can acess internet in guest OS by 2 routers

2. inside guest os: an intel networkcard is already installed.
set ip: 192.168.0.8/255.../192.168.0.2
OR set ip: automatically
MyMachine: 自动/自动. ipconfig结果:10.0.0.3/255.255.255.0/10.0.0.1

3. in the guest os setting: choose the actual network card like nvidia

then inside guest os, you can visit the internet
(ie代理为空)
