Why non-white-men donot make prgress wherever on earth?

The question: 作为华人，how do you think of it?
白人，强大富有，制度先进，但是在国际上对其余群体包括华人群体（最大的:中国大陆)长期压迫；在其国内华裔一直受到程度不一的不公待遇（典型的诸如平权法案），和越南人等处于最低地位(recall the movie "Crash"? Chinaman). 即使白人中真正思考的人是反对的，但是他们太少了，就好像上海人看外地人，中国人看非洲人；比如印第安人的遭遇。
所以，和墨西哥人一样：“都到USA去！占领他们！" 即使华人占了6亿，即使华人成为NO.1, 如果华人和墨西哥人一样:在usa, 还是自己的团体（这个没错，起码立足点没错），而且这个团体还是没什么变化!(这个很有问题)，比如关系当道，比如和谐社会... 又有什么意义呢? ofcoz,if you are leader---of any organization, like Government, like Company..., you will say " Great! We Chinese are ....." But if you are not, do you think it makes sense? We Chinese? Why cannot it be I Chinese....?
History tells us, althought nationality(民族) is just a lie, as opposed to Individual. However, in real world, Individual has to be bound with his/her nationality. 要改变华人在usa的悲惨命运，但又不是copy another China, 需要在usa的华裔学会白人优秀的社团传统。数量显然是必要的，但是光有数量是不够的，光有IQ和EQ也是不够的，即使是3801万博士后。 目前的世界，种族之间还是靠种族自身的实力说话的，这一点是赤裸裸的。[PS:滑稽的是，一个人人信奉达尔文法则,人人是犬儒者的社会(China)反而民不富民不强（国也一样)---不要说西方人日本人使中国如何，想学习想强大的话谁也拦不住你, c c 战后的德国日本]

so at the final last, I can only be an observer of USA, thinking why cannot white man gave up their racism (even it is mainly under the pressure of other races, like black man)and why cannot other races learn those really are good from white men instead of saying "we are a special group from you Western perople!" ? As for us Chinese, if there is real progress, letus disappear on the earth.
