So if u cannot visit google or wikipedia or ..., try the abov, for lazy guys and unsenstitive visiting network . Be careful that if you're locked by Gov, It will monitor at the level lower that software, like hardware, core software, ..., so do not trust in network. So with other case like your bank account... In such scenario, you should NOT trust network at all.
